Ruth Bader Ginsburg in dissent of the
Supreme Courts ruling cutting Exxon's punitive damages from 1989's Valdez oil spill actually wrote, "The new law made by the court should have been left to Congress." I'm surprised her mouth could actually form those words. She's part of the most legislative court in US history.
