The vast majority of Americas do not want to become a "Hip-Hop Nation" as many feel murder rates are too high already, teen pregnancy is too common already and gang warfare is too prevalent already. The notion of a top down change in America to these ends does not appeal about 90% of citizens.
So expect to hear very little about how "hip" America is going to be with Obama as president. Note the very not hip-hop
