If we end up with a President Obama in 2008 don't be surprised if we see Supreme Court nominee (probably to replace Ruth Bader Ginsberg) by the name of Robert Schnider.
Who is Robert Schnider? He's the Los Angeles Superior Court Judge who ordered, at the request of the Chicago Tribune, that the child custody records for Jack and Jeri Ryan's divorce be made public. A very rare occurrence in divorces. Some embarrassing, yet unproven, allegations were made public and the popular Republican Ryan was forced to step down from the Senate race he held a commanding lead in, just three months from the contest. His opponent? Barack Hussein Obama. Who went on to a landslide victory over carpet-bagging token Alan Keyes (who I like but was a pandering selection).
Just a little history lesson here. How quickly we forget that BHO's political career depended on the decision of one rogue judge in Los Angeles.
